League-Sponsored Bond Agency Issues More than $23 Million in Tax-Exempt Bonds for Affordable Housing in Pico Rivera

The California Statewide Communities Development Authority (CSCDA) is pleased to announce the issuance of $23,932,000 in tax-exempt affordable housing bonds for Pavilion Court Apartments in Pico Rivera.
 
About Pavilion Court Apartments
Pavilion Court Apartments is the acquisition and rehabilitation of 132 affordable housing apartments by Pavilion Affordable Housing, LP. Pavilion Court Apartments will continue to be 100 percent affordable and provide one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments to low-income residents in Pico Rivera.
 
CSCDA partnered with Walker & Dunlop and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, LLP to provide tax-exempt housing bonds for Pavilion Court Apartments. The project will undergo an extensive interior and exterior renovation ensuring that residents have an updated, safe, and affordable community to call home for years to come. The financing of Pavilion Court Apartments will maintain the affordability of units for low-income tenants for 55 years.
