Part of the planning process includes an online survey from its members to have the best representation possible from the diverse interests of California cities. In addition, the League will share comments from the survey with session moderators so that they can tailor the panel to what would be most helpful to attendees.
The session survey will be available April 29 – May 6 for review.
Planning survey volunteers will receive an emailed packet of session descriptions with a link to the survey. The survey is expected to take between three to five hours to complete, depending on how many changes are proposed to the submitted sessions. Volunteers will have one week to complete the survey.

Note regarding COVID-19 impacts on League Conferences: The League is actively monitoring the response to COVID-19 and considering impacts on mass gatherings. In anticipation that we will once again be able to gather again in October, the League is continuing the planning process for the Annual Conference and Expo. At the same time, the League is also considering options to move this important programming to a virtual conference setting. Either way, the session selection is an important step in moving the planning process along, and we appreciate your input and contributions.
