Help Plan the Mayors and Council Members Executive Forum

Online Survey will be Available in Late January

December 10, 2018
The League of California Cities® is recruiting volunteer mayors and council members to help shape the program for the 2019 Mayors and Council Members Academy scheduled in June.

Volunteers will provide feedback through an online planning survey in late January. Once the emailed packet of session descriptions and survey link is distributed, participants will have one week to provide feedback. The survey is expected to take between one and two hours to complete, depending on how many changes are proposed for the submitted session.

The planning survey is the League’s newest tool to ensure that the broadest representation of members can inform decisions on education programming. It was piloted last year for Annual Conference, and the results were favorable. Attendee evaluations for the conference were higher that the League has seen in many years!

If you are interested in participating, please email your name, title, and city with the subject Executive Forum — Proposal Review to ccole@cacities.org.

Call for Proposals Remains Open

The League of California Cities® is soliciting session proposals for two educational conferences, the 2019 Mayors and Council Members Executive Forum held in June and the 2019 Annual Conference held in October. League members are interested in sessions that address the challenges that cities face and cutting-edge approaches to handling a variety of situations. Take advantage of this exciting opportunity to share your ideas, knowledge and expertise with this important audience.
