The call for proposals is an opportunity to share best practices, innovative approaches, as well as research and information with managers at their largest annual gathering in California.
This three-day conference that includes general sessions, workshops, and networking, is geared toward California city managers and others in the profession. For 2019, managers interested in hearing about topics such as homelessness solutions, working fluidly with community groups and councils, pension, infrastructure, and leadership in tough times.
The last conference, held in January 2018, featured a wide range of sessions on a wide variety of topics including succession planning, pensions, high-performing councils, and tools for addressing homelessness.
