SB 540, Legislation by Senator Roth to Increase Housing Production, Passes Assembly Natural Resources Committee

Monday afternoon, SB 540 by Sen. Richard D. Roth (D-Riverside) passed the Assembly Natural Resources Committee on a bipartisan vote.

New Cap-and-Trade Extension Plan Introduced

Gov. Jerry Brown, Senate President Pro Tem Kevin de Leon (D-Los Angeles) and Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon (D-Lakewood) on July 10 announced a new Cap-and-Trade extension plan and accompanying air quality program. The proposal was introduced in bill form late Monday.

League Board Votes to Support SB 231
