Cities that have started a FAAST application for the Prop. 1 groundwater sustainability program have until 4 p.m. on Friday to complete the application.
Passed by voters in November 2014, Prop. 1 authorizes $7.5 billion in general obligation bonds to fund water supply infrastructure projects, including surface and groundwater storage, drinking water protection, and ecosystems and watershed protection and restoration.
