Massage Therapy Bill Moves to Senate Appropriations Committee

The Senate Business, Professions and Economic Development Committee yesterday heard AB 1147 (Bonilla), the California Massage Therapy Act and passed it on an 8-0 vote. The bill now moves to the Senate Appropriations Committee, which will likely hear it in August following the Legislature’s summer recess.
