This afternoon the Senate Business, Professions and Economic Development Committee voted 8-0 to pass SB 1262 (Correa). The bill, sponsored by the California Police Chiefs Association and co-sponsored by the League, provides the first true regulatory framework for the implementation of Proposition 215 (the Compassionate Use Act).
