U.S. Communities Purchasing Summit

U.S. Communities, the government purchasing alliance sponsored by the League of California Cities, invites purchasing personnel from California cities to attend a Supplier Summit in Torrance on April 2.
At the summit, city officials will learn how U.S. Communities contracts will save time and money while providing outstanding solutions and service.  
The summit will be held in the Virco Manufacturing Corporation showroom, one of several suppliers that will be on hand to explore solutions for your city. 
Product lines will include, among many others:
  • Public Safety
  • Homeland Security
  • Electrical
  • Data and Technology
  • Maintenance
  • Roofing
  • Janitorial
  • Auto Parts
  • Equipment Rental
  • Furniture 
Whether or not your city already uses U.S. Communities contracts, it will beneficial to learn more by having one or more purchasing professionals attend this summit.
The League is a founding sponsor of U.S. Communities and continues to be directly involved in its governance and operation.

Attendees who arrive by 9:30 a.m. will be able to participate in a guided tour of Virco’s 560,000 square foot. Torrance facility which makes furniture by American workers.
