CCS Partnership Survey on Community Schools Partnerships

July 30, 2013
This fall the Cities Counties Schools Partnership (CCS) will launch an online toolkit about community schools partnerships for local agency elected officials and staff.
The toolkit will be designed to help local officials understand, support and build community schools partnerships with resources that offer strategies, examples of successful partnerships in urban, suburban and rural communities, lessons learned, and templates for different types of community schools partnerships.
The League of California Cities is a founding member of the Cities Counties Schools Partnership.  The non-profit is dedicated to improving the conditions of children, families and communities at the local level by promoting and encouraging coordination, integration and increased efficiency of local services and joint facilities use among cities, counties and schools in all California communities.
Prior to the toolkit launch, CCS wants to hear from city officials in order to learn more about local community schools partnerships. Please take a few minutes to complete the short seven question survey and share information about your agency’s efforts. Please complete the survey by August 30th. Questions about the survey or community schools partnerships may be directed to Randi Kay Stephens at rstephens@ca-ilg.org or (916) 658-8207.
