Specially designed for city officials and staff involved in fiscal planning for municipalities, the Municipal Finance Institute is the event to discover essential information that finance directors and other municipal finance professionals need to do their job. Taking place the week of December 7, this innovative virtual conference will touch on current topics of importance to finance directors and city managers, including a sales tax update with the California Dept. of Tax & Fee Administration, city finance and law and elections updates with Michael Coleman, League fiscal policy advisor, and updates on pensions and CalPERLA and what’s next from the CA supreme court.
