If this is your first time connecting to Zoom, with the computer that you are using, please allow a couple extra minutes as there is a small amount of time needed to log in and get set up using the audio and video controls. Please note, sessions and speakers are subject to change due to unforseen circumstances.
MEETINGS WITH LEGISLATORS:
Virtual meetings with legislators will need to be scheduled directly through Cal Cities’ Regional Public Affairs Managers. Depending on availability of your legislator, the meetings may be scheduled prior to, during, or following the actual event dates. If you would like to be included on these meetings with legislators, you must contact your Regional Public Affairs Manager as soon as possible (by Thursday, May 6th). You will receive Zoom invitations directly from your Regional Public Affairs Manager for these scheduled meetings with legislators.
Zoom login information for general sessions will be e-mailed to registered attendees in the welcome e-mail on Monday, May 10. E-mail will come from firstname.lastname@example.org
