Thank you for participating as an Elite Sponsor at the Public Works Officers Institute. An important piece of your elite sponsorship is your pre-recorded, 1-minute video that will be played at the beginning of a conference session, to be assigned by Cal Cities staff. Connect with attendees by offering an informative and friendly video that gives them solid reasons to contact your organization.

Read the information below carefully to ensure you correctly submit your video by Friday, February 24^th. Cal Cities will determine which sessions will be matched with individual sponsor videos.

• Required File Format: .MOV, .MPEG4, MP4, .AVI, or .WMV
• Maximum time: Premium sponsor videos may be up to 60 seconds long
• Recommended video specs: Minimum of 1280 x 720 pixels (16:9) or 640 x 480 pixels (4:3)

Please note: If your video does not follow these guidelines, we may be unable to accept it.
