Transportation, Communications & Public Works Policy Committee
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY The Committee on Transportation, Communication and Public Works reviews both state and federal legislation as it relates to issues of transportation funding, construction, public works, telecommunications, and other related areas. The practice of the Committee is to recommend to the League Board preliminary positions on legislation, based on existing League positions, adopted annual conference resolutions, and the collective knowledge and experience of Committee members.
