Yesterday, National League of Cities (NLC) President Marie Lopez Rogers, NLC Executive Director Clarence E. Anthony, along with the League of California Cities President Bill Bogaard and League Executive Director Chris McKenzie issued a joint letter to California city officials encouraging them to attend NLC’s Congressional Cities Conference in Washington D.C. on March 9-13.
