Gov. Jerry Brown today signed SB 1 (Beall), the Road Recovery and Repair Act of 2017. SB 1 generates $5.2 billion annually for California’s state and local transportation system. Cities and counties will receive $1.5 billion annually to fix local streets and roads.

Senate Governance and Finance Committee Votes to Limit Local Control and Revenue over Installation of “Small Cell” Equipment
