The National League of Cities (NLC) will be holding its City Summit (formerly Congress of Cities) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania this year.
 
The conference is Nov. 16-19 and will bring together local leaders from throughout the United States for a unique opportunity to network and learn from experts and each other.
