Federal Community Development Block Grants Available

The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) has announced the availability of approximately $24,983,999 in federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program funding allocated to the California from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for funding year 2015. 
 
This Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) applies to CDBG-eligible activities funded under the Economic Development Set-Aside, Community Development sub-allocation, Colonia Set-Aside, and Native American Set-Aside.
 
The NOFA document contains additional information. In addition, the NOFA, appendices to the NOFA, funding limits, and all application forms and instructions are available on the CDBG website.
 
Applications are due April 10 by 5 p.m.
