Comments on Draft Emergency Water Conservation Regulations Due April 22

April 20, 2015
The Draft Emergency Regulation to implement the urban water conservation called for in the Governor’s April 1 Executive Order is now available on the State Water Resources Control Board website.

The two fact sheets, the Draft Emergency Regulation and a spreadsheet that provides the residential gallons per capita per day (R-GPCD) and proposed water conservation tiers for each urban water supplier, are available on the Water Board website. The documents are under the “Documents” tab. The Water Board is asking stakeholders to review the fact sheets for information on the draft emergency regulations including the schedule and how to provide input.

Comments on the Draft Regulation are due in writing by April 22. Email comments to Jessica Bean.
