Be Heard: Swift Action Needed on League Priority Measures

September 4, 2013
The first half of the biennial 2013–14 legislative session is coming to an end, yet the fate of several League priority bills remains unresolved. The League is calling on city officials to help advocate by submitting position letters on remaining priority bills to their house of current residence.

To act, follow the ‘Take Action’ link after each bill to view a bill summary and sample opposition letter.  Tailor the letter to your city and submit to the CC listed recipients or fax your letter to the attention of Meg Desmond at (916) 658-8240. Letters may also be submitted via email
