Annual Conference Resolutions Process Wrap-Up

Two Resolutions Approved in 2013

The League today issued the 2013 Annual Conference Resolution Report on the League’s website. The membership voted on and passed two resolutions at the Business Meeting held on Sept. 20 during the 2013 Annual Conference in Sacramento. The full report will be sent to every member city in the next two weeks.
 
The League’s policy committees and Board of Directors address legislative and policy issues throughout the year on a wide variety of topics. Member cities and officials can also propose policy through the League’s Annual Conference Resolutions process. A full report of the League’s Summary of Existing Policy and Guiding Principles, a biannual document outlining all of the League’s policy guidelines can be found on the League's website.
