PERB Holds Oral Argument to Determine Scope of Authority over Peace Officers in Mixed Bargaining Units

The Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) heard oral arguments on June 13 to resolve a single, narrow issue of whether PERB has authority to issue a remedial order applicable to a mixed bargaining unit that includes non-peace officer and peace officer classifications.
