The Transportation Coalition for Livable Communities, which includes a variety of transportation and local government stakeholders as well as the League, has submitted a proposal for investing Cap-and-Trade revenues to address both the reduction of greenhouse gas under AB 32 and critical transportation system needs identified in the Statewide Transportation Needs assessment.
