Cities Encouraged to Take Action on 2013 Annual Conference Resolutions

August 2, 2013
This year, the League’s Annual Conference will be held Sept. 18 – 20 in Sacramento. As part of the conference member participants will consider action on two resolutions that have been submitted regarding environmental quality and public safety policies.

The League strongly encourages each city council to consider the resolutions and determine its position. Each city council should designate a voting delegate and two alternates to represent their city during the resolution vote at the Annual Business Meeting. To designate your voting delegate, please fill out this form and return it to the League offices by Sept. 13.

The 2013 Annual Conference Resolutions Packet is available online. In addition, a hard copy of the resolutions packet will be mailed out starting next week, Aug. 5.

For more information regarding the conference, please visit the Annual Conference website.
