The League’s officers and directors considered and took action on the following measures:

• Proposition 30: The Schools and Local Public Safety Protection Act on 2012. No Position
• Proposition 31: The Government Performance and Accountability Act. No Position
• Proposition 34: Savings, Accountability, and Full Enforcement (SAFE) for California Act: Death Penalty Repeal. Oppose.
• Proposition 35: Californians Against Sexual Exploitation (CASE): Human Trafficking. Penalties. Sex Offender Registration. Support.
• Proposition 36: Three Strikes Reform Act of 2012: Repeal Felony Offender Sentences Revisions. No Position.

The League has not taken a position on any other measure pending on the November ballot.
