October 19, 2012

The League has completed its 2012 report reflecting legislator’s votes on significant bills during the 2012 Legislative year.

The report contains records on eight Senate bills, and 11 Assembly bills. Last year, the League resumed the practice of assigning scores for key bills at the request of League membership in order to record the history of legislator’s votes on key local government issues.

Of the bills scored, some were given more weight depending on their priority and importance to the League’s membership. The report including a memo from Dan Carrigg, legislative director, explaining the methodology of the report was delivered to the Legislature on Thursday, Oct. 18.
