California Strategic Growth Council Awards $45.3 Million in Second Round of Grants for Sustainable Community Planning and Urban Greening Projects

Last week, the California Strategic Growth Council awarded $45.3 million to 93 awardees including cities, counties, regional and local agencies, and nonprofit partners.

 

The grants fund climate action plans, infill development plans, sustainable community strategies, urban green plans and projects and other efforts to reduce greenhouse gases.

The League congratulates the following cities for successfully obtaining these grants funds.

  • East Palo Alto
