CFCC is made up of eight funding agencies: State Water Resources Control Board, California Department of Public Health, U.S. Department of Agriculture, California Department of Housing and Community Development, California Department of Water Resources, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank (I-Bank), and the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation.
