Register Now For The League's Legislative Action Days - April 25 - 26

February 24, 2012
The League's annual Legislative Action Days will be held this year in Sacramento on April 25 - 26. Legislative Action Days is an opportunity to join fellow city officials to learn about the breaking legislative developments that will affect your city, and meet with legislators.

Topics for the two-day conference will be centered on the state budget, the recent dissolution of redevelopment agencies and potential new economic development tools, pension reform, enterprise zones, land use, water, energy and other emerging legislative issues, updates from legislators, and hot topics headed for the November ballot.

Wednesday afternoon is structured so that city officials can meet with the legislators before coming together again for a session entitled "Bi-partisan Dialogue on Next Steps for Redevelopment/Economic Development," co-hosted by the League's Latino Caucus.
