League Launches New Website

April 26, 2012

Tuesday the League launched its newly designed and reorganized website.

The new homepage features: a new member tool box designed to help you find legislation, hot issues, real time twitter feed for @CaCities to keep you up to date minute by minute, a brand new video gallery featuring various clips from the League and California cities, and more.

The main navigation has been reorganized to better serve city officials and the public with five main tabs: Home, Policy & Advocacy, Education & Events, Member Engagement, and Resources.

The League has also reformatted its CA Cities Advocate newsletter. The new format was the product of our Communication Focus Group, held at the March policy committee meetings, and is designed to help city officials save time while still providing relevant information.

Feedback is encouraged. Comments and questions should be sent to Eva Spiegel, communications director.
