CSCDA Community Benefit Report

The California Statewide Communities Development Authority (CSCDA), issued its Community Benefit Report for 2011.

 

CSCDA is the League-sponsored financing authority that provides its local agency participants low-cost, innovative financing programs designed to address short-term borrowing needs and provide access to capital for critical infrastructure improvements. CSCDA also finances high quality public benefit projects for affordable housing, hospitals, schools, manufacturing facilities and other locally approved projects. Since its inception in 1988, CSCDA has issued $50 billion in bonds to support local communities.
