AB 1831 Held in Senate Governance and Finance Committee

Legislation to Increase Bus Weights to be Heard Next Week

Final Vote Count for Redevelopment Trailer Bill AB 1484

Yesterday, both the Senate and Assembly voted to pass AB 1484, the FY 2012-13 redevelopment trailer bill. The 73-page bill was not in print until Tuesday morning and the bill was voted on Wednesday.

Sidewalk Repair Bill Headed to Committee

On Monday, the Assembly passed AB 2231 (Fuentes), a sidewalk repair responsibilities bill. The bill is now scheduled to be heard in the Senate Governance and Finance Committee on July 3.
