Medical Marijuana Bill AB 2312 Held in Committee

No Further Action to be Taken This Year

Yesterday, AB 2312 (Ammiano), which would have created a statewide regulatory and tax structure for medical marijuana, was held in Senate Business, Professions, and Economic Development Committee without a vote or testimony being taken. AB 2312 will not move forward in time to meet the policy committee deadline before members break for summer recess.
