The clock is ticking with the bill signing deadline rapidly approaching Oct. 13. Approximately 464 bills remain pending before Gov. Jerry Brown. Over the weekend the Governor signed League-supported SB 43 (Wolk) and unfortunately signed League-opposed AB 1149 (Campos).
